In the documents, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Taja claims at one point Teddy, “lifted a Rock Band guitar and threatened to kill person(s) w/ it.”
Taja claims she suffered several injuries in the alleged altercation — including “bashes to temple, contusion on face” and “pain in knee.”
Teddy has been ordered to stay 100 yards away from Taja. The next hearing is set for January.
Storch exclusively told AllHipHop.com of his plans to craft a new album for the former Bad Boy.
“Yeah, Shyne’s my man. I’ve been talking to him and I was talking to him all through his prison sentence. He’s always remained a loyal person to me,” he told AllHipHop.com.
He said that he and Shyne actually befriended each other while Shyne was in jail for a December 1999 shooting that left several people wounded.
“We became friends after he was already in [jail] and I found out he was a fan and he’s just a hell of a cool guy,” Storch continued. “I’m looking forward to doing, not just one record, but doing a chunk on his album.”
DJ Khaled’s new album, Victory, features a new song by Shyne, Akon, Mavado called “All My Life.” That opus is slated for a 2010 release. Presently, artists and producers are being flown in to Belize to work with Shyne.

In a statement, a Pitkin County Sheriffs Office spokesman confirmed Sheen was arrested for “second degree assault”, “menacing” and “criminal mischief.” The spokesman added, “All charges are coupled with a domestic violence component… As with all domestic violence cases, Mr. Estevez will remain incarcerated at the jail until his case undergoes its initial judicial review.”
The “Two and a Half Men” actor and Mueller were celebrating Christmas in Aspen with their twin babies, Bob and Max. They exchanged wedding vows at a private estate in the gated Los Angeles community of Beverly Park in May 2008. Mueller is Sheen’s third wife after Donna Peele and actress Denise Richards.
